How To Watch HiTV
If the “JOIN THE SHOW” button is not taking you to the show, try reloading the page.
The best way to view HITV during a stream is by clicking the JOIN THE SHOW button on the show’s home page. If you are having trouble connecting, please read our guide below for assistance. Each topic has a link that will help you troubleshoot your connection issues.
When you click the JOIN THE SHOW button on our home page, you will be taken to our online show hosted by Side Door where you can purchase/redeem your ticket and watch.
STEPS FOR WATCHING THE LIVE SHOW
1 Make sure you are logged in to SIDE DOOR with the same account as when you purchased or claimed your ticket(s). Your show ticket(s) are saved within your Side Door account and you need to log in to use them.
2 Find your way to the Show Page by clicking here, or the dark blue "Log in for Show Access" button above, or from the listing in your ticket wallet.
3 When the performers are ready to go live, the livestream will appear right on the Show Page. If you find that no video player is visible when you believe it should be, please try refreshing your browser.
